Application Consultant

The Application Consultant is responsible for providing a professional, creative, energetic, and thorough experience for internal and external customers of Verint. Your role involves consulting customers both in person and virtually and delivering training for multiple Verint solutions. As an Application Consultant, you will maintain fluency with Verint Applications and grow subject matter expertise on products such as Workforce Management and/or Quality Management, including best practices and industry insights. You will conduct design sessions and consulting events on Verint Applications following the Verint Implementation Methodology. Providing best practice, optimization, and assessment consulting will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with team members within Verint is essential during the deployment process and troubleshooting as subject matter experts. You will schedule and organize events related to Application consultancy and introduce, configure, and train assigned customers to Verint Applications, ensuring robust engagement for ongoing satisfaction. Additionally, you will configure, review, and test the usage of Verint Applications, update documentation, and provide regular progress updates to customers. Performing administrative tasks such as timely completion of timesheets, expenses, travel, and other requirements in accordance with team and Verint guidelines is also part of your duties. Qualifications for this role include an undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, experience with Verint applications, a good understanding of contact center telephony environments, and consulting experience with customers. Proven ability to gain consensus, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver Instructor Led Training for Verint solutions are also important attributes.
