Job Description

As a Job Description Writer, your primary responsibility will be Requirement Gathering, involving defining and documenting client requirements. You will also take charge of Scope documentation, drafting and agreeing on project plans and fee quotes. Process mapping will play a crucial role in your duties, where you will manage and provide professional services for the software as needed throughout the project life cycle. Your tasks will include providing Training for software users and developing training materials. It will be essential to ensure effective Coordination between client requirements and the development team by maintaining regular communication with the implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature requests. Additionally, you will provide End user support post-implementation and conduct Demonstrations of the Product. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Requirement Gathering and Scope documentation - Strong skills in Process mapping and training delivery - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Ability to provide end-user support effectively,
