Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design
-
Define and document scalable architecture for enterprise-grade applications using Java and AWS.
-
Lead the design of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.

Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across projects.
-
Technical Leadership
-
Guide development teams in implementing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
-
Conduct architecture reviews and code audits.
-
Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.
-
Cloud Strategy & Implementation
-
Design and implement AWS-based solutions including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.
-
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
-
Ensure compliance with cloud governance and security standards.
-
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
-
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
-
Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
-
10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
-
5+ years of experience architecting solutions on AWS.
-
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
