Mindware Infotech, a new startup backed by the established leader Mindware, is looking for innovative and passionate professionals to join their on-site team in Dwarka, New Delhi. The company is developing groundbreaking solutions for Point of Sales, Job Portals, Dating Apps, Warehouse Management, and cutting-edge RFID and IoT projects.

A non-negotiable prerequisite for all positions is proven, hands-on experience with either DigitalOcean or Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting applications and websites. Candidates without this skill will not be considered.

Mindware Infotech is holding walk-in interviews for the following positions from Monday, August 11, 2025, to Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Open Positions & Required Skills:

• Intern & Trainee Engineer: Ideal for students or recent graduates with foundational knowledge of programming, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). A keen interest in development and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Junior Engineer: Requires 1-3 years of experience with proficiency in React.js, Node.js, PHP, and Laravel, along with strong database management skills in PostgreSQL and MySQL. Experience in cloud migration and managing hosting control panels is a must.
• Senior Engineer: A leadership role for professionals with 5+ years of experience. Expertise in React.js, Node.js, PHP, and Laravel is required, with a focus on architecting scalable cloud solutions on AWS/DigitalOcean and providing expert-level troubleshooting.
• Project Manager: Seeking a candidate with 3+ years of project management experience, a solid understanding of web technologies, and proven experience managing cloud migration projects. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
