Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the financial sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional aspects of financial systems and experience working across ERP, Lending, and other financial applications. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business, technical, and SI (System Integrator) stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand the functional aspects of financial systems to provide effective business solutions.
Work as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure alignment of project goals.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business analysts, developers, and solution architects.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for ERP, Lending, and other financial systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that system implementations and enhancements meet business needs.
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide support for system changes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial sector.
Strong understanding of functional system aspects, especially in ERP and Lending systems.
Experience working with System Integrators (SI) and bridging functional & technical teams.
Ability to coordinate with multiple SBA teams (ERP, Lending, Others).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in business process modeling, documentation, and requirement gathering tools.
