Apple Device Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, your role involves providing first and second-level support for Mac hardware and software issues. You will diagnose and resolve problems related to macOS, applications, and network connectivity. Additionally, you will assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Mac systems and peripherals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for Mac hardware and software - Performing regular system updates, patches, and backups - Offering end-user training and guidance on best practices for Mac usage - Collaborating with other IT support staff and vendors to address complex issues - Maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions - Ensuring that Mac systems are secure and comply with company policies To qualify for this role, you should have: - BE/B Tech or Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of IT Diploma - 2-5 years of experience in an IT Mac Support role - Knowledge and experience in MAC & Apple Device Support - MCSE certification (Preferred) - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Preferred) In addition, our company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and work-from-home options.
