Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your typical day involves addressing customer issues, diagnosing problems, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting product configurations, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will also conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops, prepare effort estimates, lead small projects, and contribute to organizational initiatives focused on delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
