Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities encompasses executing all phases of an implementation project, from requirements gathering to design, through realization and testing till Go-live using Appian BPM suite.

• Participate in Project Planning and do requirement analysis, identify risks and co-ordinate with Business Analysts to create Functional Requirement Specification.
• Should be involved in development, deployment, administration and support of Appian BPM Applications.
• Worked on Agile SCRUM/SDLC implementation methodology in regular status on Agile scrum calls and discussing project related activities with client and providing updated status/outcomes.
• Define Project Architecture including DB Schema Design, Process Design.
• Providing solutions to customers according to their business requirements with all risk analysis.
• Participate in Customer UAT's and provide regular and effective up to date progress on development activities.
• To follow the best practices and set coding standards for all the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Appian BPMS professional with rich Appian development experience, working with leading professional services firms.

• Expertise in Appian Business Process Module Suites 18.x, 17.x, 16.x and 7.x
• Experience in full life cycle of the business process development starting from requirement analysis, proof-of- concept, design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance.
• Sound knowledge and experience of design and development of process model, UI screen design (Tempo forms), Rules, SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer) Interface, Appian Records and Reports, Data Management, Document management, expression rules.
• Expertise in development of rich application using SAIL.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• Experience in JIRA - Atlassian for Project tracking.
• Experience in object-oriented design and full software development life cycle.
• Expertise in creating documentation with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A self-learner and a motivated team member.
