Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues for optimal performance and user experience. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members. Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies. Stay updated on Appian best practices and evolving technologies. Requirements – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5 years of experience in Appian development. Proficiency in Appian architecture, SAIL, and BPM concepts. Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. Appian Developer Certification (preferred).
