Job Description

App Growth & Digital Performance Lead position at McDonald’s India.

Key Responsibilities

App Strategy & Business Growth: Own the app's P&L, develop a roadmap for 2026-27 focusing on loyalty and personalization, and drive user growth through systematic funnels and marketing strategies.
Offer & Segment Management: Create and optimize offers to enhance user frequency and revenue, managing the entire offer lifecycle and utilizing analytics for customer segmentation.
Digital Campaign Planning & CRM: Oversee the app calendar, lead CRM initiatives based on user behavior, and develop winback strategies for lapsed users.
Digital Media & Performance Ownership: Collaborate on digital media planning, utilize performance channels for
