Role:

Location:

API Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with API configuration, authentication, and integration steps.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve API issues till go-live.
Coordinate with customers, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
Conduct integration discussions and explain best practices.
Provide 30-day post-go-live support and ensure active transactions.
Analyse integration challenges, TAT delays, and suggest improvements.
Generate and securely manage API credentials.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, API Keys.
Experience with Postman; familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI.
Basic scripting (Python/Node.js preferred).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Experience in SaaS/BFSI domain is an added advantage.
Bachelors degree in CS/IT or related field.
