Job Description

EXP level- 8+ years

Work location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Mode of work : Hybrid

Lead the test automation strategy and implementation using Robotic Framework and API Automation tools.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support various projects and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing processes and standards.
Provide expertise in testing methodologies, test automation tools, and best practices.
Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into our testing processes.
Mentor junior team members and provide training on test automation tools and frameworks.
Participate in testing reviews and provide recommendations for improving test coverage and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8-12 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
Strong experience with Robotic Framework and/or API Automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.
