Job Summary:

API & Data Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.
Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., CRM, SaaS tools) with business applications and AI copilots.
Build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring real-time and reliable data flow.
Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes for data transformation and sync.
Develop automated workflows using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure high-quality data availability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve API performance and security.
Maintain technical documentation for data flows and integrations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in API development using FastAPI, OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP and serverless tools (e.g., Lambda).
Strong scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API security best practices.
Experience with ETL tools and integration platforms.
Familiarity with no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with API gateways (Kong, Apigee), and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Developer, Zapier Expert).
