Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor APG machines for manufacturing epoxy-molded components (such as CTs, PTs, bushings, etc.).
• Prepare molds and ensure proper setup before production.
• Measure and mix epoxy resin and hardener as per production requirements.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality inspection reports.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized working area.
• Coordinate with the production and quality team to meet daily targets.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating APG machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of epoxy molding processes and transformer component manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
