Job Description

As a QC Engineer at our manufacturing facility in Bharuch, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring quality standards, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions with production teams. Your key responsibilities will include performing in-process and final inspections of products, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, maintaining proper documentation of inspection reports, conducting routine checks on raw materials and finished goods, and supporting internal and external audits. You will also be involved in developing and updating quality assurance processes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a QC role in a manufacturing environment and hold a qualification in Electrical Engineering. A good understanding of quality standards, inspection tools, and ISO standards is essential. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities are key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates.
