As a Sales Associate at UnifyCX, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales pipeline from end to end. Your responsibilities will include consulting, qualifying, and converting potential leads into customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve adopting a consultative sales approach, focusing on customer discovery, need analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure through customer interactions via phone, chat, and email. Building and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets, staying proactive about the competition, and collaborating with the Support, Product Management, and Marketing team are key components of the role.
