Responsibilities
* Supervises nursing staff and ward in-charges.
* Ensures quality patient care and nursing standards.
* Manages rosters, leaves, and daily reports.
* Handles nursing-related issues in designated hospital areas.
* Overall management of nursing services across the hospital.
* Policy making and enforcing nursing protocols.
* Human resource management (recruitment, training, evaluation).
* Coordination with hospital administration and medical staff.
* Budgeting and resource allocation for nursing departments.
* Ensures adherence to nursing laws, ethics, and standards.
