The selected candidate will work on-site (no remote option) to produce animation-based videos for students from Class 6 to Class 12. Scripts will be provided by our content team; your role will be to bring them to life using age-appropriate visuals and animation styles. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Transform provided scripts into animated academic videos using appropriate animation styles. For Class 6–7: Use character-based animations and storytelling to increase engagement. For Class 8–12: Use motion graphics, diagram-based explanations, or whiteboard animations to simplify complex concepts. Design storyboards, characters, scenes, and animations that are visually appealing and educational. Sync voice-over audio with visuals, ensuring lip-sync and natural expression where applicable. Deliver final videos in LMS-friendly formats, optimized for smooth playback, clear narration, and learner understanding. 🛠️ Software & Tools Required:Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Animate, Premiere Pro Blender, Vyond, Pika Labs, Animaker Familiarity with SCORM or LMS compatibility is a plus ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in animation and video creation (preferably for the education domain). Strong understanding of 2D/3D animation, character rigging, motion graphics, and storyboarding. Ability to understand academic scripts in English and convert them into engaging visual lessons. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of timing and visual flow. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore and work on-site at our office (remote work is not allowed). 🌟 Nice to Have:Experience in producing content for CBSE, ICSE, or other academic boards. Exposure to AI-based animation tools (e.g., Runway, D-ID). Basic audio editing or subtitle integration skills.
