Animation Artist

We are seeking a talented, proactive Animation Artist with strong skills in 3D animation and video editing to help bring our creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, able to work quickly, and comfortable producing dynamic, polished animations similar in style to the reference video provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high quality 3D animations, from modeling (or using existing models) to rigging, animating, lighting, texturing, and rendering as needed.
• Develop short, engaging animated content (loops, shorts, motion graphics) for digital platforms (social media, website, presentations).
• Edit video content: cutting, effects, transitions, audio sync, color correction/grading.
• Collaborate with creative team (art directors, graphic designers, scriptwriters) to understand briefs and deliver visual storytelling that matches the desired tone, pace, and style.
• Maintain consistency in style, character design, timing, and motion across projects.
• Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and produce deliverables on time.
• Iteratively refine animations based on feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years in 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in 3D tools such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D or similar.
• Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Understanding of post-production techniques: compositing (After Effects or similar), color grading, adding effects.
• Good eye for timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work with different styles – stylized, clean motion, energetic animation.
• Basic understanding of sound design and integrating audio in animations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand & implement feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
