Job Description

As a Web Application Developer, your primary responsibility will be designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications using the Angular framework. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and testable code while also debugging and fixing issues in existing applications. Integration of front-end applications with back-end services is a crucial part of this role. You will provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to web applications, mobile apps, and backend services. It is essential to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Continuous monitoring and improvement of application performance and stability will be necessary tasks. Maintaining documentation and technical specifications for the applications is also part of your responsibilities. You will respond to customer inquiries via ServiceNow, email, and chat professionally and in a friendly manner. Collaboration with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues is expected. In case of critical issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate team and follow up on resolution. Your aim should be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support services. Primary Skills: - Strong knowledge of the Angular framework and front-end development. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Secondary Skills: - Knowledge of web development tools and frameworks such as Node.js, React, Vue.js, etc. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in working with Agile methodologies. - Ability to work well in a team environment.,
