- Provide specialized care and management to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) requiring anesthesia services.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.

- Administer anesthetics and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical and medical procedures.- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the appropriate anesthetic care plan tailored to individual patient needs.

- Respond swiftly and effectively to critical care situations, ensuring immediate and appropriate interventions.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and procedures.- Participate in regular ICU rounds, providing expert input on anesthetic management and patient care strategies.

- Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with advancements in anesthesia and critical care medicine.

- Educate and mentor junior medical staff and residents in the ICU.

Required Qualifications

- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Anesthesiology.- Board certification in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.- Extensive experience in administering anesthesia in an ICU setting.- Strong understanding of critical care medicine and patient management.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
