Pragnya Priya Foundation (PPF), a non-profit organization established in 2012 by the promoters of Hyderabad-based RAIN group, is looking for Senior Medical Officer to join in the Priya Cement free primary hospital.

Job Overview

The Senior Medical Officer will lead the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations in a cement manufacturing facility,ensuring compliance with NABH accreditation standards and addressing industry specific occupational health risks. The role demands strategic planning, clinical governance and proactive health surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

1.Clinical Leadership & Governance

Lead the clinical team and oversee all medical services within the OHC.
Ensure quality care delivery aligned with NABH standards. Supervise pre-employment and periodic medical examinations. Manage medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to tertiary care. Maintain and audit Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and clinical documentation.

2.NABH Compliance & Quality Assurance

Implement and monitor NABH protocols and quality indicators.
Conduct internal audits and prepare for NABH inspections. Ensure documentation, patient safety and infection control practices. Train staff on NABH standards and continuous quality improvement.

3.Occupational Health & Cement Industry Risk Management

Collaborate with EHS and Safety Officers for workplace inspections.
Monitor and manage occupational diseases and health hazards.

4.Strategic Health Planning & Wellness

Develop and implement health promotion and wellness programs.
Analyze health data to inform strategic decisions. Organize vaccination drives, lifestyle disease awareness, and mental health initiatives. Liaise with external health agencies and statutory bodies.
