Key Responsibilities Perform data entry for accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in organizing and filing financial and administrative documents. Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks. Ensure proper filing and management of office records and documentation. Assist in managing and organizing office supplies and petty cash. Visit the bank for tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and other related activities. Handle courier and postal services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt. Provide general assistance to the accounts and administration team in daily operations. Carry out any additional administrative duties as assigned. Personal Characteristics Diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented. Willing to learn and grow within the role. Organized with good time management skills.
