About the Role

L4 Android Repair Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair 

  software-level issues

   in Android devices, including flashing, IMEI restoration, FRP unlocking, and OS optimization.
• Troubleshoot 

  hardware faults at board level

  , including short detection and IC-level repairs when required.
• Perform deep diagnostics to identify recurring software anomalies and support process improvement.
• Collaborate with QA and automation teams to improve testing and repair workflows.
• Maintain documentation of repair logs, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of 

  Android architecture

  , flashing tools (Odin, QFIL, SP Flash Tool, etc.), and firmware management.
• Proven experience in 

  L4-level troubleshooting

  , PCB rework, and schematic reading.
• Experience with 

  Qualcomm, Exynos, and MediaTek

   chipsets.
• Knowledge of mobile diagnostics, calibration tools, and performance testing.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ownership attitude.

Preferred

• Experience with Samsung, Xiaomi, or OnePlus devices at service center or refurbishment facility.
• Exposure to automated testing and renewal workflows.
