Job Description

We are looking for a skilled L2 Support Engineer/Lead with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in providing application support and be well-versed in Incident problem management, leading a team, and helping build a team equipped with the skills/knowledge to support Cloud enabled applications.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide 24/7 application support and schedule releases for weekends.
Troubleshoot and coordinate service issues on Azure.
Lead a team to support Cloud enabled applications.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to explain complex technical issues.
Work effectively under pressure as an incident & crisis manager.
Demonstrate good understanding around Azure services like ADF, ADLS, SQL, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure functions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in application support and Incident problem management.
Experience in leading a team and building a team equipped with the skills/knowledge to support Cloud enabled applications.
Good communication skills to explain complex technical issues to senior business stakeholders.
Proven incident & crisis management skills that work well under pressure.
Comfortable working with APIs and their implementation.
Certification related to Azure services is a plus.
Flexible regarding timings and weekend support as required.
