Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Android Developer to join our on-site team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think through multiple scenarios to build robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and XML.
• Implement application architecture following MVVM pattern with Coroutines, LiveData, and Flow.
• Integrate with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices and manage Services for background operations.
• Handle REST API integrations efficiently using Retrofit and manage local data using Room DB.
• Apply Dependency Injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt) as needed in the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality with clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Think proactively to cover all possible scenarios, edge cases, and failure points during implementation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose and XML UI design.
• Experience with Room DB for local storage.
• Hands-on experience with BLE integrations and working with Services.
• Expertise in REST API integration using Retrofit.
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt).
