Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing Android applications and identifying potential mobile threats. Your main tasks will include reverse engineering malicious binaries and analyzing APKs to detect and classify malware. Your expertise in Java and experience with Android operating system will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and classifying Potentially Harmful Applications (PHA) on the Android platform - Utilizing your 3 years of experience in reverse engineering and code-level security auditing to analyze obfuscated code - Proficiency in assembly language for analyzing and understanding malicious APKs - Conducting static and dynamic analysis of malicious binaries to identify vulnerabilities - Applying popular application security standards such as OWASP TOP 10, OWASP Enterprise Security API (ESAPI) framework, SANS TOP 25, and WASC - Experience in malware analysis and reverse engineering using tools like IDA Pro or Olly Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of relevant work experience in reverse engineering and malware analysis - Strong understanding of Android applications and operating system - Proficiency in Java programming language - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach - Familiarity with mobile security best practices and industry standards (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
