Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling content through videos, shorts, and live sessions with a confident on-camera presence.
• Adopt an interdisciplinary approach to present topics with depth and perspective.
• Conduct thorough research to stay aligned with the latest UPSC/PCS exam patterns, syllabus changes, and current affairs.
• Engage with the audience by monitoring and responding to comments, feedback, and queries to enhance learning outcomes.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining content quality and adapting to flexible working hours and production schedules.
  

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of UPSC/PCS syllabus, exam pattern, and preparation strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• Strong on-camera confidence, professionalism, and screen presence.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high production and educational standards.
• Creative thinking with a flair for storytelling, ideation, and script structuring.
