Analytics Tech Lead(BI, Solution Architecture, AWS, ETL)

Summary :

Experienced Data Science & Analytics professional.

- Supervises the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture.

- Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of business intelligence tools and systems.

- Defines and executes useful analyses to solve problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user.

- Creates testing methodologies and criteria. Supervises the development of data/information quality metrics.

- Research new technologies and develops business cases to support their use.

Minimum Requirements :

- Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience

- Substantial knowledge of organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area

- University Degree or equivalent

- A total of 12+ years experience

OR

- An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Partner with Product Managers to understand shared product vision and short & long-term roadmap.

- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Solutions Architects to translate feature requirements, feature designs, and technical architecture into clear, testable, actionable user stories.

- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to ensure accurate implementation of analytics solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to stainless steel production, sales, quality, supply chain, or other relevant areas.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and stakeholders.

- End to End Proficiency in BI Solution across Ingestion, Transformation, DWH, BI is a must

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all analytical work.

SAP Data Understanding :

- Data Analytics :

- Communicate trade-off decisions, e.g. choice between 2 methodologies to product & tech so the decision can be made on approach.

- Ensure JIRA content is updated so that reporting from JIRA is accurate and representative of the current state of product development & feature delivery progress.

- Drive the integration of data analytics solutions into business processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Role Purpose :

- A Technical Lead (TL) is a key player in product development, who oversees the technical aspects of the product and acts as a vital link between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge and product vision, to ensure that technical products align with business objectives and meet stringent technical requirements. TLs are responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, guiding development teams, and prioritizing features that deliver high value

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field A master's degree is a plus.

- Overall experience of 12+ years with Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in data analytics, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Snowflake, SQL, SAP S4, HANA).

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

- Proficiency in AWS Cloud, AWS Athena, Strong in DWH, ETL / ELT Techniques.

- Strong domain knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

- Hands-On Working Exposure wrt data analysis using data from SAP Analytics products SAP BW & HANA S4

- Able to deconstruct and understand the pipelines and flows across SAP BI platforms and SAP ETL Technologies

- Produce Artefacts on the existing Solutions and Processes.

- Exposure of Working on SAP systems wrt Oder Management, FI.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Should have hands-on exposure to

  data warehousing (ETL Extract, Transform, Load)

• Candidate background should be from Data warehousing Architecture/Solution Architect in Analytical space and technical team leading expertise.

• Tool & Platform Expectations:

• BI

  (Power BI, Tableau etc), Snowflake and SQL proficiency are

  top priority

• AWS(Glue, Athena) knowledge

  is important due to platform requirements.
