As an Analytics Manager within our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in a significant Brand Equity tracking project for a regional client covering multiple Therapy Areas in various Asia Pacific markets. Reporting to the Analytics Director in the UK, you will have the chance to leverage your expertise in programming, particularly in MS Excel VBA, and statistical skills using tools like SPSS, R, and Q to conduct analyses. In addition to supporting the research executives in understanding statistical and digital methodologies, you will actively contribute to all stages of project progression, making a substantial difference in shaping the client's brand strategies. Joining our dynamic Gurugram hub office as part of the global custom research team, you will collaborate closely with Directors based in the UK to deliver innovative solutions to global pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around delivering statistical analysis using primary market research data, advising on sample size and questionnaire design, and building Excel tools for various studies. Moreover, you will engage in department-wide training initiatives to enhance analytical techniques awareness, liaise with data teams, respond to statistical queries, interpret analysis results, and support senior researchers in client-facing activities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in data science, market research advanced methods, or digital analytics, with expertise in SPSS, R, and additional tools like Python and Xlstats being highly beneficial. Your experience in Key Drivers Analysis, SEM, Segmentation, Conjoint analysis, and similar methodologies is crucial, with exposure to healthcare being an added advantage. Being proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and possessing strong communication skills are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
