Analytics Lead

You will be joining our team as a Senior Analytics Consultant at Saarthee, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing high-quality, data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include leading client engagements, working with global teams, and ensuring client success by delivering actionable insights and recommendations. As an Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for conducting essential analysis across multiple functions, identifying opportunities for analytics implementation, and utilizing project management tools to ensure project success. Your role will involve proactively identifying and resolving issues, guiding the team in data synthesis and modeling techniques, and providing consultation on analytics-driven business strategies. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in data/analytics/project management roles, superior communication and interpersonal skills, and expertise in SQL, Tableau, Python, or other ETL tools. Experience with running Pilot Projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be highly valued. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants, encourage their development through learning initiatives, and contribute to the design of the analytics and reporting platform.
