• Guidance and influence Companywide operation team through data analysis & Exploring opportunity to improve performance and reduce gap between Energy Potential to Actual of operating assets.
• Complete support of Operation and Engineering team by providing analytical insights.
• 100% completion of improvement feedback provided to respective allotted plants.
• Ensure full usage of Analytics Platform. Improving current Analytics tool more convenient for Asset Management team.

Keeping up to date summary of Interruption, prognosis order, string monitoring, Inverter efficiency for solar plant and for wind Interruption, power curve analysis for all the plants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing technical solution for all Asset Management team for reducing gap between Energy Potential to Actual.

Provide training and support to team members on asset performance management practices and tools.

2.Responsible for generating, analyzing, and managing Management Information System (MIS) reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain regular MIS reports including, but not limited to, financial performance, operational metrics, and sales performance.

Design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to management.

Conduct in-depth analysis of MIS reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

3.Reviewing of Standard operating procedures for assets. Make available all major activities process and procedures for operation leaders

4.Standardisation

Tracking of performance impacting availabilities parameters like- Major component failure, repetitive failures, low plant availability, curtailment and external grid failures

Long term performance tracking. Reducing gap between Energy Potential to actual

5.Ensure solar plants analysis PR, Inverter efficiency, yield analysis should be sent on once in 15 days for all operating assets.

Performance improvement of solar assets

6.Ensure wind plants analysis Power curve, temperature data analysis should be sent on once in 15 days for all assets. Monthly reports should be prepared for all the plants

7.Conducting weekly call with all allotted plants Asset Management team, providing necessary solution for Event impacting gap between Energy Potential to Actual. Support & train site team to mitigate the highlighted issues.

Team Engagement

8.Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to asset management and performance optimization.

Performance Improvement.

9.Continuously developing analytics logics for improvement of performance or reliability of all assets in compare present market development, with 100% full proof testing, logic to be deployed in Analytics tool

Development of OPAL tool

Desired Experience and Competencies:

• B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Renewables domain and 3 Years in Solar
• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to interact with international stakeholders, vendors and technology service providers.
• Expert in computer skills- MS-Office, Power BI, Cloud, SCADA etc. AI/ML is added advantage.
