Analyst/Senior Analyst, Marketing Innovation (New Channel Growth)

You will be a part of the Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda, which is responsible for identifying and developing new marketing channels with high growth potential. The team is highly creative, data-driven, and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs to ensure Agoda's leadership in new and emerging channels. The team fosters a great learning environment where you can grow by collaborating with experts from diverse backgrounds. **Key Responsibilities:** - Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels - Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights - Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth - Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau - Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst position or projects involving big data, preferably in the tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing industry - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance is a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations - Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel - Innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion - Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations - Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade stakeholders at different levels, including Senior Management, with proven strong commercial acumen,
