Analyst/Associate Fundraising (Venture Capital & Corporate Advisory)

As an Analyst/Associate in the Corporate Advisory and Fundraising team, your role will involve playing a crucial part in raising funds for corporate clients from venture capital firms, private equity investors, and institutional investors. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting corporates in raising capital through various investors such as venture capital, private equity, family offices, and strategic investors. - Identifying and engaging with potential investors aligned with clients" sector, stage, and growth requirements. - Coordinating investor meetings, preparing management presentations, and managing investor communications. - Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support fundraising strategies. - Assisting in structuring investment terms and supporting negotiations between clients and investors. - Benchmarking industry multiples, tracking venture capital trends, and assessing market comparables. - Conducting sectoral research to identify emerging investment opportunities and investor appetite. - Building and maintaining databases of active venture capital funds, family offices, and strategic investors. - Preparing pitchbooks, teasers, information memorandums, and investor decks. - Maintaining strong relationships with venture capital firms, angel networks, accelerators, and corporate clients. - Supporting senior team members in managing investor networks and ongoing fundraising mandates. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. - 1-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, or fundraising advisory. - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and client interactions. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
