Contribute to a unified data and reporting solution, optimizing operations and regulatory compliance. As a Data & Reporting Analyst within the Wholesale KYC Operations Data & Reporting Team, you will deliver data and reporting commitments. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and implement analytics solutions for a 3000+ WKO organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet production, regulatory, and control needs. Build systems and tools to transform raw data into actionable business insights and KYC committed relations by BI tools. Develop technology solutions to aggregate data and develop metrics using BI Tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Business Object, Qlik Sense, etc. Prepare company-wide metrics and relevant data sources. Select, configure & implement analytics solutions. Deliver analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality through data analytics using complex queries, ETL, Reporting, Visualization, and dashboarding. Extract & transform data from multiple sources such as Oracle Database, AWS data lakes, Peoplesoft data tables, etc. Collaborate with the LOB, Consumers, and Technology to deliver reporting needs for WKO consumers across Production Operational, Controls, Executive, and Regulatory commitments. Apply institutional knowledge from the KYC Operations and Reference Data industry. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in Data & transformation, with Business Analytics experience. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Ability to develop and present conclusions & potential solutions. - Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. - Capable of working independently and in a team environment. - Highly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Exposure and experience in data interrogation tools like Python, QlikSense, ThoughtSpot, etc. - Subject Matter Expertise across KYC, AML & Client Reference Data. - Focus in the Business Intelligence tool space is highly preferred.,
