Analyst - Treasury

As an Analyst - Treasury at Flex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our extraordinary teams dedicated to building innovative products and driving growth. Your typical day will involve learning various Treasury processes, maintaining accurate records, creating journals for bank transactions, and performing bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and the general ledger. You will also be responsible for consolidating funding requests and coordinating with Corp/Regional Treasury for FX conversions. Additionally, you will manage manual documents, maintain trackers with proper approvals, and keep a daily productivity log. Your role will require you to work efficiently in a complex environment with strict project deadlines, while also providing timely reports and information to Team Leaders/managers on policy maintenance. You may also be assigned other responsibilities or projects by the Team Leader or Management. To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates with a degree in B.COM/BBA/M.COM/MBA (Finance) with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Proficiency in MS applications at a basic level, a good understanding of accounting principles, and strong written/oral communication skills in English are essential. Additionally, you should possess good analytical skills, be a team player, and demonstrate the willingness to work in a challenging environment with tight project timelines.
