Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our Valuation team across multiple levels. The ideal candidates should have progressive experience (1-10+ years) in real estate valuations and consulting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role offers direct collaboration with our UK/EMEA VRA team with sector-specific alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Valuation & Analysis

• Work directly with UK/EMEA VRA team, aligned to specific property sectors
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all valuation approaches and their application to various property types
• Develop accurate and comprehensive financial models for existing and potential commercial real estate investments
• Conduct detailed cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analysis to assess investment feasibility and performance
• Collaborate with acquisitions and asset-management teams to validate property financials and assumptions
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, including market analysis, financial projections, and value conclusions
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices related to financial modelling

Leadership & Quality Management (Senior levels)

• Review and quality check valuation reports prepared by team members
• Ensure standardization and accuracy of valuation models and reports
• Take complete ownership of projects undertaken or overseen
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training
• Ensure compliance with international valuation standards and local regulations
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team
• Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and addressing queries

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

• Analyst

  : 1-3 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting

• Senior Analyst

  : 3-5 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting

• SME

  : 5-7 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting

• Team Lead

  : 7-10 years of experience in real estate valuation and modelling, preferably in commercial real estate

Technical Skills

• Essential

  : Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including advanced Excel functions and financial functions

• Preferred

  : Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise software (added advantage for Senior+ levels)
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and understanding of property-level financials

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Working Hours

  : Aligned with UK team (1 PM 10 PM local time)
• Direct collaboration with UK/EMEA teams and stakeholders
