Job Description

As an Analyst in this role, your main responsibility will be to support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques. - Implementing automated report generation processes for improved efficiency and timeliness. - Identifying and analyzing business requirements to define report content and format. - Maintaining and updating existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including coordinating reporting template releases and related administrative tasks. - Developing robust processes & controls for collating input data & seeking signoffs as required. - Engaging with stakeholders as needed to ensure up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting. As an Analyst, you are expected to: - Meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through specialist advice and support. - Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, impacting both the role itself and surrounding roles. - Have responsibility for specific processes within a team. - Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources. - Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours such as Listening and being authentic, Energising and inspiring, Aligning across the enterprise, and Developing others if in a leadership position. - Manage your own workload, take responsibility for the implementation of systems and processes within your work area, and participate in broader projects if an individual contributor. - Check the work of colleagues within the team to meet internal and stakeholder requirements. - Provide specialist advice and support pertaining to your own work area. - Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. - Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
