As a member of our Quality Control team, you will collaborate with a dynamic group to deliver top-tier solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of deliverables to customers and striving to minimize rejection rates through a comprehensive approach to third-party research as per client requirements. As part of the Quality Control team, your duties will involve verifying and validating lead data, conducting thorough online research to verify data accuracy, and providing regular updates on rejection rates to internal stakeholders. You will be accountable for ensuring the quality of final data deliveries, including eliminating non-qualified lists based on targeting criteria. Collaboration with key departments such as Planning, Process Management, Fulfilment, and Support Managers will be essential to enhance the Anteriad customer experience. To excel in this role, you must be highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects of varying complexities while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in market/industry research analysis, Microsoft Excel, data processing, data appending, web browsing, and Google search is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent analytical abilities are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
