Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Value private equity and credit investments through industry research and fundamental analysis of portfolio companies
Build, update, and maintain valuation models, adhering to accounting/audit guidelines
Prepare detailed documentation of valuation methodologies
Facilitate valuation reviews by third parties and auditors, and present to valuation committees
Develop and review controls to oversee the pricing of equity, fixed income, and derivatives products

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in finance or equivalent
01 years of business valuations experience in Private Equity, debt, or investment banking
Understanding of equity, fixed income, and derivatives products
Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
