Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall catalog creation, category content, and catalog enablement strategy in Ariba in collaboration with procurement managers.
• Guide and train GPTPMS and business stakeholders in requirements gathering and catalog strategy.
• Drive creation and implementation of catalogs (static/CIF and punch-out), including collecting, reviewing, approving, and loading catalog content.
• Ensure product data includes accurate SKU-level details, commodity codes, pricing, inventory, and images.
• Collaborate with accounts payable, tax, IT, and procurement teams to update and add codes when necessary.
• Administer and maintain catalogs for all categories and applicable suppliers.
• Support development of training materials and guide suppliers through catalog enablement processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for catalog transactional processing.
• Ensure timely prioritization and deliverables across catalog projects.
• Develop and manage KPIs, generate reports, and analyze catalog and purchase activity data.
• Create and maintain catalog documentation.
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate actionable solutions.
• Perform other duties as requested.
