Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Concur configuration and compliance lead, ensuring system configurations align with company policies and regulatory requirements
Proactively identify process gaps and implement enhancements to improve compliance, efficiency, and control effectiveness
Coordinate with internal business partners across Cigna and external Concur teams to promote best practices and continuous improvement
Lead financial reporting enhancement initiatives related to Travel & Expense data from Concur and integrated systems
Oversee Concur audit processes to ensure audit requirements are met accurately and on time
Drive audit-related process improvements to reduce financial and operational risk
Act as the balance sheet accounting lead for accounts payable and Travel & Expense accounts
Develop in-depth understanding of inbound and outbound system feeds impacting accounts payable balances
Own balance sheet reconciliation review and provide initial sign-off ensuring accuracy and completeness
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and US GAAP requirements
