Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling Forex transactions, monitoring customers" transactions, providing operational support, and offering services to front-line units, customers, and correspondent banks. It is crucial to accomplish tasks within the given time limit and complete other assignments delegated by superiors. Maintaining effective communication with other divisions, answering inquiries about daily operations, handling transactions, authorizing, and proactively rectifying errors and mistakes are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in regularly updating regulations, rules, and guidelines and promptly report any irregularities to superiors.
