As a Forex Transactions Officer, your role involves monitoring customers" transactions, providing services and operational support, and offering assistance to front-line units, customers, and correspondent banks. You will be responsible for accomplishing tasks within specified time limits, maintaining good communication with other divisions, handling transactions, authorizing and rectifying errors proactively, assisting in updating regulations, rules, and guidelines, and promptly reporting any irregularities to your superiors. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor customers" transactions - Provide services and operational support - Support front-line units, customers, and correspondent banks - Accomplish tasks within specified time limits - Maintain good communication with other divisions - Handle transactions, authorize, and rectify errors proactively - Assist in updating regulations, rules, and guidelines - Report promptly to superiors for any irregularities Qualifications Required: - Graduate or a Degree Holder - Good team-player, proactive, and self-motivated - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of both spoken and written English - Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits including health insurance, provident fund, and the option to work from home.
