As a data analyst at Zocdoc, your role will be pivotal in transforming operational and execution activities into actionable insights. Your impact on Zocdoc's mission will be significant as you work directly with Provider Set Up Teams to optimize workflows, projects, and team performance using data metrics, analysis, and visualization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop or refine performance metrics tailored to specific business projects and goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing projects from start to finish, implementing standardized practices for data interpretation, and identifying and streamlining inefficient workflows. Your role will also involve designing and building customized queries and dashboards to fulfill data requests and supporting business decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop or refine performance metrics - Oversee projects from start to finish, including data analysis, visualization, testing, deployment, and documentation - Implement standardized practices for data interpretation and management - Identify and streamline inefficient workflows by leveraging data dashboards - Design and build customized queries and dashboards to fulfill data requests - Provide training and support to end-users for utilizing new reports and dashboards - A Bachelors degree from a top-tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 4+ years of work experience in data management, data analysis, data visualization, metrics tracking, and complex data modeling - Advanced proficiency in SQL - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Reporting Tools - Advanced proficiency in any dashboarding tool (prefer experience in Looker, LookML) - Proficiency in Python (Good to have) - Independent problem-solving capabilities Zocdoc offers a competitive compensation package, including attractive medical insurance, along with amazing perks like catered lunch every day, daycare/creche facility for kids, corporate wellness programs, cellphone and wifi reimbursement, competitive parental leave, sabbatical leave, annual sponsored health check-ups, and more.
