Analyst, Operations

You will be responsible for processing required paperwork and providing basic customer service for new and existing business in the financial services industry. This includes handling new business applications, maintenance items, transfer paperwork, and other accounting documentation. You will review broker dealer new business submissions for accuracy and completeness, identifying cases that are not in good order (NIGO) to alert the Field force for resolution. Your role will involve processing client data into back-office systems with a high level of accuracy, as well as researching and resolving operational issues as needed. You will be expected to identify and resolve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving tools and work effectively to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, excellent data entry skills, and have 0-1 years of financial services industry knowledge or experience in a similar process support role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to strict deadlines, and work overtime or flexible shifts as required by business needs is essential. Preferred qualifications include a passion to start a career in the financial services industry and a college degree or equivalent business experience. As a member of the Wealth Management team, you will be subject to supervision requirements such as Non-Registered Fingerprinting (NRF) and personal trading account oversight. This position requires flexibility to work in shifts (regular, afternoon shift, and night shift in India) on a rotational basis to meet business requirements. Initial training may involve working night shifts in India for a few weeks.,
