1. Strategic Planning and Development

• Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan.
• Weekly/ Daily Sales Meet to observe the progress.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Align the strategic plan with the organization's vision, mission and goals.

2. Business Analysis and Market Research

• Perform in depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Monitor industry trends and research on potential customers for the sales team
• Generation and Conversion of Leads from the market.
• Data on Top 500 companies of India to be made up.
• Data on 50 Business markets of India to assemble.
• Classification of ABC in Customers List.

3. Performance Management

• Budget Review
• Gap Analysis & Bridge Plan
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives on a daily basis.
• Track and report on the progress of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

4. Technology Progress

• Weekly Governance.
• Ensuring more of Automated Reports.
• MIS Reports.

5. Innovation and change Management

• Identify and promote innovative ideas and solutions that drive the organization forward.
• Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to support strategic goals.
• Ensure that the organization adapts effectively to changes in the market and industry.

6. Financial Planning and Analysis

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial projections and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitoring the collection & O/S above 90 Days
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the financial viability and sustainability of strategic initiatives.

7. Fleet Performance

• Vehicle performance Repot
• Trip TAT Report (Origin -Transit -Destination-origin)
• Vehicle Mileage.
• Breakdown Report
• Weekly, Monthly Governance.
