Analyst

Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting day-to-day deliverables by preparing and submitting checklists daily - Resolving issues and escalating complex problems to supervisors/experts - Tracking trends within daily deliverables and working with supervisors to enhance processes - Identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines - Working towards proficiency in all job areas - Running and creating formal reports, as well as executing function-specific reports - Following incident/regulatory breach reporting procedures with rigor In terms of knowledge, you are required to have good oral and written communication skills, basic functional/industry knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of MS-Excel. To excel in this role, a college or university degree or 0-6 months of relevant work experience is preferred.
