Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in WFM (Ops) to join our team as an Analyst L3. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
Interact with peers within Accenture on a daily basis.
Have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management.
Work independently as part of a team, making decisions that impact own work and potentially others'.
Oversee small teams or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills: WFM (Ops).
Experience: 3-5 Years.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make decisions that impact own work and potentially others.
