Analyst Investment Research

You will be joining AGR Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd, a company specializing in Research and Consulting with a focus on providing outsourced research solutions to global clients. The company has successfully completed over 3000 assignments for more than 250 clients worldwide, with a significant portion of revenue coming from repeat clients. AGR leverages three decades of strategic consulting expertise from its parent company to deliver unique global research solutions. As an Analyst in Investment Research, your role will involve handling various assignments for global financial services clients, including asset managers, PE/VC funds, family offices, investment banks, and corporate M&A teams. Your responsibilities will include delivering equity/credit research reports, financial models, business valuations, due diligence, pitch books/information memorandums, and macro/sector/market analysis. You will work on diverse projects covering different asset classes and geographies, understanding client needs, scoping project requirements, executing projects with minimal supervision, engaging with clients regularly, and presenting deliverables effectively. Qualifications and Skills: - MBA in Finance with 2-4 years of relevant experience in equity/credit/corporate finance and advisory - Excellent analytical and communication skills for client interactions and understanding their requirements - Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods such as DCF, SOTP, IRR, trading, and transaction comparables - Ability to perform in-depth analysis of companies/sectors/markets to support investment decisions - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to work under tight deadlines, independently on unstructured projects, and with a focus on numbers - Working knowledge of statistical tools and foreign language proficiency will be advantageous - Experience in research & analytics with a solid understanding of financial markets - High learning agility, skills in receiving/giving feedback, focus, objective alignment, and emotional resilience If you are a passionate individual with the required qualifications and skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the growth story of AGR Knowledge Services Pvt.
